PRICING

The pricing offered in this website is based on stock items.
When we order new stock there maybe price variations, every effort will be made to keep pricing the same, but in circumstances we may need to make adjustments.
We will ensure our quality products are kept at competitive prices.

QUOTES

We can offer quotes on all items for bulk orders or custom projects. Minimum orders may apply on certain items.
All bulk orders and custom made products require 50% payment on acceptance and prior to production. Balance to be paid prior to despatch.

Custom made products are non returnable or refundable upon acceptance of design and sample.
Please allow minimum of 8 weeks for sampling and production.

BULK ORDERS

All items are available for bulk ordering.
Quantity 200 or more pieces per selected item.
Excluding
Panel Lights, Street Lights, Flood Lights which are 100 pieces or more per selected item.

WARRANTY

All VINSTAR lights and bulbs include a 3 year manufacturers warranty.Our products have been quality checked prior to shipment.
Warranty is only valid if the product is assessed to be a fault in the production process, not in the miss-use and or mis-handling of our products.
Working temperatures of LED’s is between -30*C and 50*C.

Some products and accessories we stock or order may have a different warranty period, please refer product details when ordering, these include and are not limited to accessories, some DC12v LED drivers.

Warranty is void if there is failure to follow recommended working temperatures, input voltage or incorrect installation.
All electrical work must be carried out by a qualified electrican.
Any attempt to dismantle any of our products will also void warranty.

RETURNS

Warranty and returns claims will only be assessed by the maunufacturers when the faulty products are returned to us.
The customer is responsible for all return charges and insurance.
We are not liable for any goods lost or damaged (ensure proper packaging) in transit upon return.
A restocking fee of 10% may apply for incorrectly ordered goods.

ENERGY SAVINGS

Energy savings are based on an estimated average electricity charge per kilowatt (approx $0.30 per kilowatt @8 hours a day). Actual savings may vary depending on individual circumstances and your energy supply company.

DELIVERY AND INSURANCE

Despatch on in stock items is 1-2 days from receipt of order. All our items are insured and must be signed for when delivered. Please ensure you are available to sign for goods or make arrangements for someone to accept goods on your behalf.
Delivery is business hours Monday to Friday.

Delivery charges are based on weight or volume, whichever is the greater.
A surcharge may apply if the courier has to re-deliver.
